A major publicly listed company recently rationalised production and in so doing identified a site closure needing the clearance of substantial amounts of assets and neccesary dilapidation work.

Gibson Construction tendered for the business and consequently received 95% of the work. The total works were required to be completed within six months but were actually completed within five, and at 86% of the budget.
